Account & data deletion

Ready to leave SoulWave? You can request account cancellation from the app. Follow the steps below, including if you signed in with Facebook.

Submit your request in the SoulWave app.

Request deletion in the app

Use the SoulWave account you want to delete. Menu names may vary slightly with your app language or version.

  1. Open your account settings

    Sign in to SoulWave, open Settings, then select Account Center → Delete account.

  2. Read the notice and apply

    Review the account cancellation notice, including any account requirements and the effect on your balance and benefits. Select Apply for deleting and confirm your request.

  3. Check the waiting period

    Return to the same screen to view your request and remaining review time. The standard waiting period is 10 days; follow the status shown in the app. You can cancel the request while it is pending.

  4. Confirm account cancellation

    When the app allows confirmation, return to this screen and select Confirm. Follow the final prompt to complete cancellation. Submitting an application alone does not complete this step.

Keep the final step in mind

After applying, check the deletion screen again. Follow the status and confirmation instructions shown there.

What happens to your account

This flow requests cancellation of your entire SoulWave account, including an account connected through Facebook Login.

Account access
Once cancellation is completed, the account is marked as cancelled and its login bindings are cleared. You can no longer sign in to that account.
Account data
Account cancellation does not by itself confirm that every associated record has been erased. To request deletion of Facebook-related data or other associated records, contact support below and describe your request.
Balance and benefits
Before confirming, review the in-app notice about your remaining balance, virtual items and benefits. Complete any necessary steps before continuing.

A few things to know

How do I check my request?

Open Settings → Account Center → Delete account in SoulWave. The screen shows the remaining review time and the actions currently available.

Can I change my mind?

While your request is pending, you can use the cancellation option on the same screen. Read the final confirmation notice carefully before completing account cancellation.

Does uninstalling the app delete my account?

No. Uninstalling the app or signing out does not submit an account cancellation request. Use the account deletion flow in Settings.

Need help with data deletion?

Email us with your SoulWave user ID, if you know it, and explain that you want to request data deletion. Do not send passwords or verification codes. We may need to verify account ownership.
